Venue: Kilcranny House, Coleraine

Please note that it will be a day of silent practice. There may be periods of zazen, kinhin, taped talks, and/or guided meditations, and possibly some taichi or qigong.

If you are not a 'regular' at our Wednesday sittings, it will be helpful if you let us know you're coming (email address at the bottom of the page - remove the [at] and [dot] and replace with the appropriate symbol), so we can organise the space.
